Dildos with suction cup bases stick to smooth, flat surfaces (tile, hardwood, glass, smooth countertops) for hands-free use. The suction cup also functions as a flared base, making the toy anal-safe. Quality varies wildly: cheap suction cups lose grip mid-session, while premium silicone suction cups hold firmly. Works best on non-porous surfaces — won't stick well to textured walls, carpet, or rough surfaces. Some suction cups are harness-compatible too. Mr. Hankey's and Tantus make some of the strongest suction cup bases. Pro tip: a tiny drop of water on the suction cup before pressing improves the seal dramatically.
