Rechargeable vs Battery
Rechargeable toys are more powerful, last longer, and generate less waste. Batteries are cheaper upfront.
Rechargeable toys (usually USB magnetic charging or pin charging) offer stronger motors, consistent power output, and no ongoing battery costs. Most modern premium toys are rechargeable with 1-2 hour run times on a full charge. Battery-powered toys (AA or AAA) are cheaper but weaker, lose power as batteries drain, and create ongoing waste and expense. The main advantage of batteries is availability — if your rechargeable toy dies at the wrong moment, you can't just swap batteries. Some bullet vibes still use watch batteries (LR44/AG13) which are easy to replace. For anything you'll use regularly, rechargeable is worth the higher upfront cost. The exception: travel toys where charging options are limited.
