Sex toys made from borosilicate glass (the same type used in Pyrex lab equipment) are among the safest materials available. Glass is completely non-porous, contains no chemicals that can leach, and can be sanitized by any method: boiling, bleaching, dishwasher, or autoclaving. It's also excellent for temperature play — warm it in hot water or cool it in the fridge. Despite what you might think, borosilicate glass is extremely strong and won't shatter during normal use.
